The beginning
Bored in the stands. Picked up a camera.
I first started shooting six years ago at my sister's Communion because I was bored of sitting in the stands. That simple decision became the beginning of a documentary instinct: look around, notice what people are feeling and preserve the moment without controlling it.
The film is part of the personal history behind my current work as a Limassol videographer. The tools and judgement have developed, but the reason for filming remains recognisable—honest moments become meaningful when they are seen clearly.
